Ajin · DevOps Engineer & Full-Stack Developer

I build, deploy and operate real-world software.

I take software from a real need to a running system—across product, code, deployment and operations.

About

A product builder who stays for production.

Based in the Paris area, I work across application development, infrastructure and product decisions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and bring a hybrid view of how software is shaped and how it runs.

My experience includes self-employed and entrepreneurial work. The common thread is ownership: understanding a need, building the product, deploying it and operating the infrastructure behind it.

Build
Turn a business need into useful software.
Deploy
Create a clear path from code to production.
Operate
Monitor, maintain and improve the system.

Professional proof · FURB

An internal ERP, built close to the business and run in production.

Within a two-person development team, I co-developed the internal ERP while working directly from operational needs through deployment and day-to-day infrastructure.

01

Context

A computer refurbishment business with workflows spanning inventory, diagnostics, repair and internal operations.

02

Problem

Turn evolving business processes into dependable internal functionality and support the systems used to run them.

03

Responsibilities

Co-development, requirement translation, production deployment, infrastructure administration and internal tooling.

04

Solution

An internal ERP supported by automation, practical operational tools and a maintained production environment.

Scope of work

  • Translate business needs into real functionality
  • Deploy and maintain the production application
  • Administer the VPS and Cloudflare configuration
  • Run Caddy as the reverse proxy
  • Set up monitoring and supervision

Flagship case study · SaaS for IT refurbishers

VIST

Management software designed around the full lifecycle of refurbished IT equipment, from acquisition through after-sales service.

Business problem

Refurbishment operations connect stock, diagnostics, repairs, customer records and returns. VIST brings those moving parts into explicit, traceable workflows across organizations and sites.

Primary users

Teams that acquire, diagnose, repair, sell and support refurbished equipment across one or more sites.

Product capabilities

  1. 01Multi-tenant and multi-site architecture
  2. 02Machine inventory
  3. 03Acquisitions and lots

System design

A clear path through the stack.

The architecture keeps product concerns, durable data, fast state and stored media distinct while remaining one operable system.

Technical decisions

Tenant-aware foundation

Organization and site boundaries shape the data model and application access from the start.

Workflow-led domain

Explicit statuses make diagnostics, repairs and returns readable to the teams doing the work.

Integrated application

Laravel, Inertia and React keep server-side domain logic close to a typed, responsive interface.

Operational services

Redis, object storage and monitoring support background work, durable media and production visibility.

Challenges addressed

One machine, many events

Preserve a useful history while equipment moves through acquisition, diagnosis, repair and support.

Different sites, shared product

Keep organization boundaries clear while supporting work across multiple physical locations.

Breadth without ambiguity

Model related workflows so each team can see what needs attention and what happened before.

  • Laravel
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Inertia
  • Tailwind CSS
  • S3-compatible storage

Selected projects

Software shaped by the system around it.

Two different environments, connected by the same focus on clear architecture and reliable behavior.

Infrastructure / HomeLab

The product includes the system that runs it.

I treat infrastructure as part of the product: a small, understandable system for running services, observing them and recovering them.
